  • Price of the Product shall be the price specified on the site at the time we accept your order.
  • The price shall be inclusive of applicable UK taxes but exclusive of any postage and packaging.

•  The payment for the goods and services shall be made by credit card or debit card at the time we accept the order.
•  The payment is deemed to be received only when the company has received cleared funds.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

 
  • You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within seven working days of delivery.
  • Herbal Cures Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
  • However we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where goods have been opened, used, seal or wrapper broken. (unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality).
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
  • If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact Customer Services.
  • The products advertised on our Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
  • Refunds: If your purchase from Herbal cures Ltd is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
