AYURVEDA
TREATMENTS / MASSAGES
The Ayurveda treatments and massages, will be
available throughout the retreat, as well as a
one to one consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor,
again all included in the price. Where appropriate
the massages and therapies will be provided by
two therapists working in synchronisation.

YOGA
AND MEDITATION
Twice daily sessions of Yoga and Meditation
are arranged for you to start and end each day
of our retreats. Yoga classes are divided into
skill levels. So don't worry if you are an expert
or beginner there will be a class to suit you.
Time is also set-aside for meditation and Yoga
with fully trained yoga instructors. There will
be 1 ½ hours of yoga in the morning and
evening (Total 3 Hours per day).
There will be 45 minutes of meditation in the
morning and evening. (Total 1 ½ hours per
day)
On a 2 day retreat it is planned to hold 4 sessions
of yoga and meditations.
On a 3 day retreat it is planned to hold 6 sessions
of yoga and meditation.
THE
DOCTOR
Dr Steephan is a highly qualified and experienced
Doctor and Yoga Teacher with a degree in Ayurvedic
Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the University
of Calicut in Kerala.
THE
THERAPISTS
We are proud of our team of senior massage therapists
with extensive experience in Panchakarma Massage
Therapy & caring for people. All treatments
are carried out on the basis of the type of therapy
instructed by the Ayurveda physician, based on
the principles of Panchakarma or five pronged
healing therapies.
VEGETARIAN
FOOD
A full menu of carefully prepared
pure vegetarian food is included in the weekend
price as diet is an essential part of the Ayurveda
experience. (If you have any food allergies please
let us know at the time of booking and we will
ensure you are catered for).

this package without a huge commercial mark up
or any unnecessary extras at the very special
price.
You will simply not find a more competitive price
for a complete weekend of Ayurvedic experience
with trained experts anywhere else. The treatments
alone included in this weekend are charged at
some spas, at almost the price, that this whole
weekend is offered at.
We recommend you book as early as possible. As
are only limited number of residential and non-residential
places for each retreat.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
In the event of a cancellation of a booking is
necessary, please let us know as soon as possible.
3 weeks notice we can offer you 90% refund, 2
weeks notice 75% refund and 1 weeks notice 50%
refund.
